About Robert M. Lusk

Robert M. Lusk, known by most as "Kim", is a Portland attorney specializing in helping families with a variety of legal issues including divorce, custody, estate planning (wills/trusts), probate, guardianships and conservatorships.
A 1974 graduate of the University of Hawaii, Mr. Lusk went on to attend Willamette Law School and was admitted to practice law in Oregon in 1978. With experience in both State and Federal Courts. Mr. Lusk has been in private practice for 40 years and serves on the board of several non-profit organizations. He provides pro-bono and court-appointed representation to children and seniors in family law and guardianship and conservatorship cases, and has worked on behalf of children in family and probate matters. He has presented as a speaker on law topics to fiduciaries, lawyers and legal assistants.
Mr. Lusk is also active in programs that assist other lawyers and serve the public. He serves on Oregon State Bar committees that provide assistance to attorneys in personal and professional matters. Mr. Lusk is admitted to practice before the Oregon Supreme Court and United States District Court for Oregon and is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association.
